We’re originally booked to attend Diddiga Festival in Tabuk on the same date but with the recent calamity affecting majority of northern Luzon, we would like still to push and help (Kalinga) in whatever ways we can” said Edwin Karganilla, co-founder.

Diddiga Festival was post-poned indefinitely by Kalinga authorities to pave way to the much immediate relief operations. As of posting, the provincial government have yet to complete assessment as to what extent the Typhoon Juan have caused in the province.

Donations (cash and in-kind) maybe coursed through Black Pencil Project secretariat.
